Biter cold, snowy days, and lack of sunlight getting you down? Then it is time to talk about winter sowing! Presentation by our very own Patti and Stephanie, join us for a tutorial and discussion about the practice of winter sowing. See below for what bring!

About the event
Join us at the Severance School for a hands on winter seed sowing workshop. MGC members Patti and Stephanie will guide you through two different methods of winter seed sowing. Spring can’t come soon enough so let’s have some fun and plant some pots in January! Bring your garden gloves, and a gallon-sized milk-jug (if you have one – extras if you have any) and a clean/empty 4-6” size nursery pot (if you have one – we’ll also have extra for those that don’t). Join us to plant some native flower seeds (we will provide seeds) that can be set outside for the winter for a wonderful spring surprise.on Wednesday January 10th 6pm-8pm
