Come and join us for a fun presentation on Preserving and Pressing Flowers with Beth! Food and Blooms Farm in Derry is owner Beth's passion. She will show us how she preserves flowers by pressing and drying them, and some of the fun things you can do with preserved flowers.

About the event
Beth grows cut flowers for her company Food and Blooms Farm based in Derry. Her flowers are grown on small suburban plots rather than a large open farm fields. She sells cut flowers at the Derry farmer's market, and for 5 years now has been pressing and drying her cut flowers to preserve them. Visit her website here: Food and Blooms Farm
